Aim and objective: Our aim and objective is to achieve the best possible outcome for every young person placed in our care by providing a healthy and safe family environment in which the young person can develop to their full potential. Our values: As we work towards our objective of achieving the best possible outcome for every young person placed in our care, we have two simple but key values: Young people are at the heart of everything we do; and Quality is the cornerstone of our organisation. Everything else, such as valuing and supporting our foster carers and staff, follows from these values in order to achieve our objective.
