Heath Farm is an independent fostering agency, part of the NFA Group. We are based in Whitstable and have carers across Kent, Greater London and Essex. We aim to provide a therapeutic fostering experience for children with additional needs, and carers and the children placed with them have access to therapy and mentoring services.
