The Five Rivers fostering teams in the are experienced and passionate. We’re committed to ensuring that foster carers are recruited, supported, developed and rewarded for the crucial role they take on when they become part of the Five Rivers fostering family. Working as a team, our foster carers provide foster homes to meet a range of needs for children, young people and families, with the aim of keeping them safe and improving their lives both now and in the future. The range of needs presented by children, young people and families vary so much, foster carers may be assessed and approved to undertake some or all of the fostering roles: Long-term care, Short-term care, Parent and child care and /or assessment, Respite fostering care.
